This year we’ve seen a fair share of epic collaborations, but this one might just take the cake as one of the best of 2012. There’s something about Wolfgang Gartner and Tom Staar that set them apart from the rest, and when you combine their talents together you get this close to perfect production. Evil Lurks is exactly what the name implies. Driven by a repetitive eerie piano pattern this track is dark and creepy, but in all the right ways. The track is layered with a lot of instrumental twist and turns, which shows the meticulous attention given to the track. Usually during this time most DJ’s are either remixing or making holiday inspired tracks. This year, Gartner & Staar is giving us Halloween for Christmas, enjoy!
